New Urgent Primary Care Opened now 3 days per week
We are pleased to announce the opening of our new Urgent Primary Care Access Clinic, providing timely, community-based primary care for patients who do not have a family physician or are unable to access their own provider in a reasonable time-frame.

There is NO cost to patients using this service for medical care. MSP covers these costs.

There ARE however, fees for ICBC drivers physicals and 3rd party form completion.
Missed Appointment Policy
To ensure appointment availability for all patients, we ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made with adequate notice whenever possible.
Patients who miss two (2) scheduled appointments without providing prior notification to the clinic will no longer be eligible to book future appointments with the clinic. This policy applies to appointments where the patient does not attend and does not contact the clinic in advance to cancel or reschedule.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of the clinic management.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work to provide timely care for all patients.
