Refund and Cancellation Policy

At TrueWave Integrative Health Clinic in Qualicum Beach, BC, we strive to provide quality care and professional service for every client. We understand that schedules may change and appreciate your cooperation in respecting our cancellation and refund policy.

1. Appointment Cancellations

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  • No-shows (missed appointments without notice) may be charged the full appointment fee.

This policy allows us to accommodate other patients who may need an appointment.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are not provided for services already rendered.

  • Prepaid services or packages may be refunded only if cancelled prior to the first appointment, minus any applicable administrative fees.

  • If a service must be cancelled by TrueWave Integrative Health Clinic (e.g., due to practitioner illness or emergency), a full refund or reschedule option will be offered.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to ensure other patients are not delayed. Full fees still apply for shortened sessions.

4. Product Refunds

Products purchased at the clinic (e.g., health or wellness items) are non-refundable once opened. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

5. Online Bookings and Jane App Payments

Appointments booked and paid for through Jane App are subject to this same policy. Any eligible refunds for prepaid sessions will be processed through Jane App and returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
